With 49 days to spare, my live-in travel agent has secured my airfare for the first great Broventure of 2013. She's hot, too.
Here are the details:
- Wed. June 12: depart COS 5:40am, arrive BUF 2:21pm
- Wed. June 19: depart BUF 6:00am, arrive COS 12:51pm
My return trip includes a stop in Cleveland, courtesy of "Chautauqua Airlines DBA United Express", which I suspect may actually be a station wagon or dirigible.
Thanks for being patient with me so far -- now we can start in earnest filling in the blanks for the week's activities. Go!
Wow! Now this is getting crazy exciting. Now that we have some dates to work with its serious planning time, great news indeed! I've never heard of Chautauqua airlines, but it sounds super fancy.
ReplyDeleteWoo Hoo! Here we go. Let's get together for a meet and great on Wednesday night, have a few beers, evaluate our gear needs, and do some last minute grocery shopping. On the water Thursday at dawn! You had previously mentioned wanting a day (or 2) for "regional" visits...So I am guessing we will be heading back to civilization on Monday, that gives us four full days of exploration. Just wanting to clarify for meal planning purposes.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a plan. I'll also have to arrange travel from/to the airport on those days...the times are not exactly fun. Wednesday the 19th is an early, all-travel day, so I'll have Tuesday the 18th to spare for some local friends -- that's plenty. Joe, got any ideas for gathering the gang? Ideal location?
